Key focus
Code of conduct
Our code of conduct sets out the rules of behaviours expected of all employees worldwide. It reflects the way we behave towards our customers, partners, suppliers and all other stakeholders of the Group.
Anti-corruption charter and trainings
Our Anti-Corruption Charter is a guide that should enable each of our people to appropriate the right practices and behaviours when representing Devoteam, in accordance with the Group’s values. Internal trainings are delivered to our employees especially regarding anti-corruption and anti-trust behaviours.
Security & Data protection
Securing our operations and organisation is fundamental to meet our commitments to our clients and avoid any breaches. Devoteam IT Charter defines the conditions of use and access to the Group’s information system, and the general data protection policy. It applies to all our people regardless of their title or location.
Ethic alert line
Our whistleblowing system is available to all our employees and stakeholders. It allows any victim or witness of non-ethical acts to report them to an independent actor, who will relay the information to our Ethics Alert Committee.
